You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at help@puretestpeptides.com.

Our Store and Connected Services

WordPress, WooCommerce and Hostinger

Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce software hosted by Hostinger. Account, contact, billing, delivery and order information is processed through our store and hosting infrastructure to operate the website and fulfil orders. Technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, may also be processed to maintain the site and its security. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.

Technio Payments

When you pay through Technio, our store sends your name, email address, telephone number where provided, billing address, order reference, product and quantity details, amount and currency to create and process your payment. Technio and its payment-processing partners handle payment information through a provider-hosted payment interface. Our store receives payment status and transaction references to manage your order and any related refund. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes in our store. You can contact us for information about the provider handling your payment.

Google Product Listings and Advertising

Google for WooCommerce connects our store to Google Merchant Center and Google Ads. It sends product catalogue and store information, such as product descriptions, images, prices, availability and delivery information, to support product listings and advertising. The connection also uses WooCommerce/Automattic services to support these integrations; see Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

Google Ads conversion tracking helps measure purchases resulting from advertising. Depending on your consent choices and the tracking configuration, Google may receive page URLs, IP addresses, advertising identifiers and purchase-event details such as transaction reference, products, value and currency. Your cookie choices are communicated to Google’s consent system. Rejecting advertising cookies restricts cookie-based advertising measurement, but Google’s consent mode may still send limited measurement signals without advertising cookies. You can change your choices using Consent Preferences on our website.

For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Google Search Console

We use Google Search Console to monitor the website’s indexing and aggregated search performance, including search queries, impressions and clicks. This helps us understand how our pages appear in Google Search.

Customer Email

Our support mailbox uses Gmail through Google Workspace. Google’s email services process sender and recipient details, message contents and attachments so that we can receive, store and respond to your enquiries. Our contact form sends your submitted contact details and message to our support mailbox. Please do not send passwords, full card details or sensitive medical information through the contact form or email.

Tidio Chat and Automatic Replies

We use Tidio to provide live customer support and preset answers to common store questions. Chat messages and information you provide, such as your name, email address and order reference, are processed and stored in Tidio so that we can respond and follow up on your enquiry. Tidio may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device and chat-session identifiers to operate the service.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or sensitive medical information through chat. The retention and privacy-rights sections of this policy also apply to chat information. For requests concerning your chat data, contact help@puretestpeptides.com. See Tidio’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Cookie Preferences

We use the CookieYes WordPress plugin to record cookie preferences in your browser. Details of cookies and your choices are set out in our Cookie Policy and the Cookies and Similar Technologies section below.

Third-Party Websites and Links

Our website may include links to third-party websites, services, or online platforms.

If you follow a link to a third-party website, you should review that website’s privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms of use.

PureTest Peptides is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, accuracy, or reliability of third-party websites or services.

Children’s Data

Our Services are not intended for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at help@puretestpeptides.com so that we can review and take appropriate action.

As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of individuals under 16 years of age, as those terms may be defined under applicable law.

Security and Retention of Your Information

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no website, online store, or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should avoid sending sensitive or confidential information through unsecured channels.

How long we keep your personal information depends on the reason it was collected and whether we need it to provide Services, maintain your account, complete orders, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our policies.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information. These rights may include:

The right to access or know what personal information we hold about you.

The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

The right to request deletion of certain personal information.

The right to request a copy of your personal information.

The right to request that your personal information be transferred to another party, where applicable.

The right to object to certain processing of your personal information.

The right to request restriction of certain processing.

The right to withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your personal information.

These rights are not absolute and may apply only in certain circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request.

To exercise your rights, contact us at:

help@puretestpeptides.com

We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Managing Communication Preferences

If you receive promotional emails from us, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send you non-promotional messages, such as order confirmations, payment updates, delivery updates, account notices, or customer service messages.

UK and EEA Privacy Rights

If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection laws.

These may include the right to object to processing, request restriction of processing, withdraw consent, request access to your data, request correction, request deletion, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

If you withdraw consent, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on your consent before it was withdrawn.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us first at:

help@puretestpeptides.com

We will review your complaint and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

International Transfers

Our hosting, payment, email, chat and Google service providers may process personal information in countries outside the United Kingdom. Processing locations and transfer arrangements vary by provider and service.

International transfers are subject to applicable data protection requirements. The linked provider privacy information explains their international processing arrangements. Contact help@puretestpeptides.com for further information about transfers and any applicable safeguards relating to your information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our store uses necessary cookies for functions such as your shopping basket, checkout session, account access and remembering cookie preferences. Advertising cookies support Google Ads measurement and are controlled through your consent choices.

You can select Accept All, Reject All or Customise in the cookie banner, and reopen Consent Preferences at any time to change or withdraw your choices. The preference panel provides information about the listed cookies and their duration. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from shopping with us. Blocking necessary cookies in your browser may affect the basket, checkout or account functions.

CookieYes records your preferences using the cookieyes-consent cookie, currently set to expire after 29 days. The advertising cookie _gcl_au, where permitted by your choices, is listed with a duration of 90 days. Cookies may be renewed when the relevant service is used. The Google section above explains how consent-mode measurement signals may operate when advertising cookies are rejected.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

When we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this website and update the “Last updated” date.
